Lonely Night in Paris
Paris has always been a famous symbol of love and classified as a romantic city that most people dream of traveling to. Oh, how wonderful it will be to be able to sit on top of a rooftop while eating a candlelight dinner with the love of your life. When you look around your surrounding, the Eiffel Tower stands out in the night like ten million fireflies. The cd cassette plays a beautiful classical song, Chariot. The music carries you on as you sat there to mesmerize the beauty of the city. There you are sitting across from your lover and you looked at him in the eyes with a soft smile. He return you with a heartwarming smirk and poured wine into your cup. You grab your knife and start cutting a piece of steak on your plate. As the piece of steak melts into your mouth and you close your eyes to enjoy the taste of heaven. Yummm. You got a little bit sauce on the right of your lip and your significant one wiped it off for you with his handkerchief. You blush shyly and smile like a twinkling star. Your lover then stood up and got on his knees. You knew what he was trying to do. He took out a box and aksed..."Will you marry me?" You were so delighted, and as you take his hand...something unexpected happened. All of the sudden, you awake from your "dream" and realize that you're sitting on this rooftop alone. Realities hit you as you suddenly remember that you are in Paris for work. Disappointment crawls under your skin as you stare at the sight of the glowing Eiffel Tower. Maybe just one day...one day you'll come back to Paris...not for work...but for something that will be everlasting...never-ending...and magical.
